Double H Course:

The first special session of this conference is the "Double H Course" Introduction to Vestibular Function Examination. Vestibular function examination is one of the "magic weapons" for diagnosing vertigo diseases. Related vestibular evaluation instruments (such as VNG, vHIT, VEMP, etc.) have greatly promoted the precise diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vertigo/vestibular diseases. However, in clinical practice, not only technicians have many confusions about the operation process and report writing, but clinicians also have many questions about understanding and interpreting the examination results. A variety of diseases can cause positional vertigo, which is an important clinical manifestation of organic damage to the vestibular system. Therefore, positional vertigo is actually a syndrome. It is divided into peripheral and central. The peripheral type is mainly represented by otolithiasis, and the central type is mainly represented by central paroxysmal positional vertigo. This special session is presented by combining special lectures on common positional vertigo diseases and sharing of positional vertigo cases.
